Vol.128【英検対策】リニューアルされた問題形式について解説！_Part 1

昨年2024年度より、3級以上について、問題のリニューアル（ライティング問題の追加）がありましたね。
具体的な変更点は、『ライティング問題が一問増える』というところです。
従来の「意見論述」に加え、３級・準２級では、「Eメール」問題が、２級以上の級では、「英文要約」問題が追加されます。
英検協会HPでサンプル問題が公開されていますので、今回はそれを使ってどのようなものか紹介していきます！

準2級問題例【Eメールの返信の文章を書く】

• 返信メールの中で、Eメール文中の下線部について、あなたがより理解を深めるために、下線部の特徴を問う具体的な質問を２つしなさい。
• 返信メールの中で、解答欄の▢（四角）に書く英文の語数の目安は４０～５０語です。

Hi!

Guess, what! My father bought me a robot pet last week on line. I wanted to get a real dog, but my parents told me it’s too difficult to take care of dogs. They suggested that we get a robot dog instead. I’m sending a picture of my robot with this e-mail. My robot is cute, but there’s a problem. The battery doesn’t last long. Do you think that robot pets will improve in the future?

I’m surprised that you have a robot pet. Do your friends also have robot pets? If so, what kind of animal is popular? About your question, I think robot pets will improve. Think about how much smartphones have changed. They can be used for many hours because of the improvement in technology.
